NDX spins off Arteta Sp.z o.o. from Mispol S.A.

Arteta Sp. z o.o. was spun off from Mispol S.A. in order to streamline activities of the companies. Mispol S.A. will mostly focus on production of pet food and canned human food under customer owned brands (private label products), while Arteta Sp. z o.o. will exclusively engage in development and sales of branded products.
