NDX has acquired a controlling stake in Mispol S.A. – one of the major canned food and pet food producers in Poland.

NDX has indirectly owned 32,92% of Mispol’s shares and now acquired Arta, a company which owned a 18,62% stake in Mispol, and therefore took control of the company. Mispol owns 4 factories (2 in Poland and 2 in Belarus), where it produces canned meats, ready meals, pates and pet food (wet and dry). Besides domestic market – Poland, Mispol sells the products in EU, former Soviet Union countries, Balkans and Israel. Turnover of Mispol S.A. amounted to more than 284 M PLN in 2010.
